Six systems. One team.

We work with businesses nationwide and worldwide. Every system we build is designed to work together, not as six separate products, but as one back office that runs itself. Below: what each one fixes, how long it takes, and the research behind it — plus the bundle for the three that answer, capture, and report on a lead.

Already have a site? Send it over. We'll audit your SEO, your website, and where your Google Business Profile ranks against your competitors. Free, no commitment.

Start with the problem

Most people arrive knowing the symptom rather than the system. Find the line that sounds like your week.

How the six fit together

They share one spine. Bought separately they are six tools; built together they are one path from a stranger searching to a number on a screen.

  1. Step 1

    Get found

Be in the results when someone goes looking for what you sell.

  2. Step 2

    Capture

Turn that attention into a contact, on the web and on the phone.

  3. Step 3

    Track and measure

Hold every lead, then show what the whole thing is producing.

Each system in detail

Every figure below is published research with a named author and a disclosed sample, linked so you can check it. None of it is our own measurement.

01

Custom business dashboards

Every metric that matters, on one screen, updating itself.

What's included

  • Live metrics pulled from the tools you already use
  • Revenue, lead, conversion, and response-time tracking
  • Custom metrics specific to how your business makes money
  • Automatic refresh: no manual exports or reports
  • Accessible from any device, or displayed on an office screen
  • Role-based views so each team sees what's relevant
  • Ongoing adjustment as the business changes

36%

of the average owner's working week goes on admin like invoicing and data entry.

Time Etc via Forbes, 2023: Survey of 251 US entrepreneurs

Which tools can a dashboard pull from?

Most systems with an API or export can feed a dashboard: CRMs, calendars, invoicing and accounting tools, ad platforms, analytics, phone systems, and databases. During discovery we confirm each connection before committing to it.

Full Dashboards breakdown1–2 weeks, once each data source is confirmed.
02

Custom CRM development

Every lead captured and tracked automatically. Nothing slips.

What's included

  • Automatic lead capture from website, phone, and email
  • Pipeline stages built around your real sales process
  • Follow-up reminders that surface themselves
  • Full history of every conversation against each contact
  • Source tracking so you know which channels produce customers
  • Integration with your calendar, invoicing, and email
  • Reporting on pipeline value, conversion rate, and response time

more likely to qualify a lead when you make contact within an hour of it arriving.

Harvard Business Review, 2011: Audit of 2,241 US companies

Should I build a custom CRM or use an off-the-shelf one?

Often off-the-shelf is the right answer, and we'll say so. Custom makes sense when your sales process doesn't fit the standard shape, or when the integrations you need aren't supported. Either way the work that matters is the same: automatic capture and stages that match how you sell.

Full CRM's breakdown1–3 weeks, depending on how many lead sources and integrations are involved.
03

AEO: AI answer engine optimization

Cited by ChatGPT, OpenAI, and Claude — not the same game as Google.

What's included

  • AI crawler accessibility audit (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, and others)
  • Direct-answer content structure: the answer first, the explanation after
  • FAQ and structured-data markup written for machine extraction
  • Entity and brand-fact consistency across the sources AI models draw from
  • Citation tracking across ChatGPT, OpenAI's other surfaces, and Claude
  • Existing pages restructured for extractability, not rewritten from scratch
  • Ongoing monitoring as these platforms change what they cite

58%

lower click-through rate for the #1 Google result once an AI-written answer appears above it — the same shift now playing out on ChatGPT and Claude.

Ahrefs (Ryan Law), 2026: 300K keywords, Google Search Console data, Dec 2023 vs. Dec 2025

Is AEO different from SEO?

Yes — different search engines, not a variant of the same one. SEO is Google: ranking in its index, its map pack, its AI Overviews. AEO is ChatGPT, OpenAI, and Claude: being the source they quote or paraphrase in an answer. The underlying groundwork overlaps (structure, clarity, technical access), but ranking #1 on Google has never once gotten anyone cited on ChatGPT.

Full AEO breakdownFoundational fixes (crawler access, schema, page structure) land in 1–2 weeks. Citation growth is ongoing, similar to SEO.
04

Google Business Profile optimization

Ranked and chosen in the local map pack.

What's included

  • Full profile audit and optimization
  • Correct primary and secondary category selection
  • Every service listed individually with its own description
  • Photo strategy and ongoing upload cadence
  • Review generation strategy and response templates
  • NAP consistency across your site, profile, and directories
  • LocalBusiness schema on your website to reinforce the profile
  • Geo-grid rank tracking across your service area

of consumers look at three or fewer businesses before making a decision.

BrightLocal, 2026: Survey of 1,227 US consumers

How long does it take to rank in the map pack?

For an established profile with a real address and some reviews, meaningful movement usually takes one to three months of consistent work. A brand new profile in a competitive city takes longer. Anyone promising the 3-pack in two weeks is either lucky or lying.

Full Google Business breakdownOngoing rather than a build. Meaningful movement usually takes one to three months.
05

The AI back office bundle

Every call answered, every lead captured, every number visible — as one system.

What's included

  • 24/7 AI receptionist: live answering, appointment booking
  • Lead capture written directly into the CRM, no re-entry
  • Deal and pipeline tracking through to close
  • Revenue, lead-source, and response-time dashboard
  • One onboarding across all three, not three separate ones
  • One point of contact for changes across the whole system
  • Ongoing tuning across the bundle, not per tool
  • Scoped as one project: one timeline, one quote

more likely to qualify a lead when contact happens within an hour of it arriving — which only happens if the call is answered and logged the moment it comes in.

Harvard Business Review, 2011: Audit of 2,241 US companies

Is this cheaper than buying the three separately?

It's quoted as one project rather than three separate ones, and the integration work between the systems is built in rather than billed as a fourth project or left undone. Ask for a quote against buying them apart and compare directly.

Full AI Back Office breakdownBundled at each system's own pace: the receptionist is live in 1–2 weeks, the CRM and dashboard built alongside it. Ongoing after that, same as buying them apart.
06

Web design and development

Fast, custom-built sites designed to turn visitors into leads.

What's included

  • Fully custom design built around your brand
  • Mobile-first build: designed for a phone first, expanded for desktop
  • Core Web Vitals tuning: fast LCP, responsive INP, no layout shift
  • SEO-ready structure, schema markup, and clean headings from day one
  • Copywriting support so the words do the selling
  • Contact forms wired into your CRM, calendar, or inbox
  • Analytics and conversion tracking configured properly
  • Hosting, maintenance, and monthly tuning after launch

53%

of mobile visits are abandoned if a page takes longer than three seconds to load.

Google, 2016: Aggregated Analytics data, 3.7K sites

How long does a custom website take to build?

Most sites go from kickoff to launch in one to three weeks. Discovery takes three to five days to map how your business works, then we build. The timeline usually depends more on how quickly content and photos come together than on development.

Full Websites breakdownLive in 7–10 days. Larger builds run to about three weeks.
07

AI receptionist and AI phone answering

Every call answered live. Booked straight into your calendar.

What's included

  • 24/7 live answering: nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Natural conversation, not a scripted phone tree
  • Appointment booking directly into your calendar
  • Lead details captured into your CRM automatically
  • Human escalation path for calls that need one
  • Handles multiple simultaneous callers: no queue
  • Call transcripts and intent tagging
  • Ongoing tuning based on real call recordings

75%

of people choosing a local business decide in under 30 minutes.

BrightLocal, 2026: Survey of 1,227 US consumers

Will callers know they're talking to AI?

Often not, at least not immediately. Modern voice models handle interruptions and natural pacing well. That said, the honest position is to say so if a caller asks, and we configure it that way.

Full AI Receptionists breakdown1–2 weeks to set up, then tuned against real calls once it's live.
08

SEO and local SEO services

Found by Google when people search for what you do.

What's included

  • Full technical audit: crawlability, indexing, speed, schema
  • Fixing what the audit finds, not just reporting it
  • Keyword and intent research based on what your customers search
  • Service and location pages built to rank
  • Structured data so search engines and AI tools can parse you
  • NAP and citation consistency across the web
  • Local SEO and map pack work where relevant
  • Ongoing tracking and plain-English monthly reporting

71%

of consumers use Google at some point when searching for a local business.

BrightLocal, 2026: Survey of 1,227 US consumers

How long does SEO take to work?

Technical fixes like getting pages indexed can show results in days to weeks. Ranking for competitive service terms typically takes three to six months of consistent work. Anyone promising first-page rankings in two weeks is selling something that doesn't exist.
